Swipeclock Summit 2025, the most attended event with over 760 registrations, featured a virtual conference with three learning tracks—Promote, Demonstrate, and Support—highlighting new features like Apex integration and client support strategies, included an inspirational keynote by cave diver John Volanthen on teamwork and perseverance, and hosted a popular compliance panel session for partners.
Swipeclock Summit 2025 was our most well-attended event yet, with more than 760 registrations. The packed lineup focused on the features and services available to Swipeclock Partners, along with a keynote address from John Volanthen, who shared an inspirational message about never giving up.
The virtual conference also provided a look at what’s ahead on the roadmap and sessions focused on providing support and service to clients.
Three Learning Tracks
Throughout both days of Summit, participants could choose from 50-minute sessions split into three main learning tracks: Promote, Demonstrate, and Support. Some of the most well-attended included those focused on new features and products, including the integration with Apex. We also drew virtual crowds at sessions focused on utilizing the accruals manager and the top 10 support issues and how to solve them.
Registrants can watch the video of any of these sessions by using the magic link sent via email in advance of the conference. They will be available for 30 days.
Keynote Address
John Volanthen, a world-record-holding British cave diver, played a critical role in the rescue of the young Thai soccer team. During the Summit ’25 keynote address, he shared his story, which involved navigating an extreme, high-stakes environment and persisting.
Here are some key takeaways from the session:
- Risks can be managed (in our personal and professional lives) with careful analysis and awareness.
- Every member of the team shared a single vision and worked tirelessly to achieve one goal. We all knew our roles, and when the time came, we had to act.
- Accomplish your goals by planning ahead, sharing your skills, making rational decisions under pressure, preparing for the unknown, working as a team, and utilizing creative problem-solving.
