Introducing Payroll Review for WorkforceHub Advanced

The new Payroll Review tool in WorkforceHub Advanced streamlines payroll preparation by guiding users through approving time off requests, correcting missing punches, reviewing and finalizing time cards, and exporting data, while also offering client admin features to manage labor policies and reduce support needs.

Our new Payroll Review tool makes payroll preparation quick and easy by guiding you through payroll data preparation step by step. Here’s how it works:

How To Use Payroll Review in WorkforceHub Advanced

  1. 1.Click Payroll Review on the left navigation in the main WorkforceHub Advanced dashboard. This will display a list of Pay Periods.
  2. 2.Choose the correct Pay Period and click Proceed on the lower right. This starts the review process. The steps are shown on the top navigation in the Payroll Review window.
  3. 3.Pending TOR (Time Off Requests): Approve or deny pending time off requests.
  4. 4.Missing Punches: Correct each missing punch and click Next on the lower right.
  5. 5.Time Card Review: Review a list of employees and hours worked, including classifications such as Regular, Overtime, and Time Off.
  6. 6.After reviewing and approving the Time Cards, you can Finalize Pay Period and click Save to complete the process.
  7. 7.Export Time Card Data into the payroll system. Choose Summary Totals or All Punch Details depending on your needs. Click Export on the bottom right corner of the window.

Once these steps are completed, you have reviewed, approved, and exported time card data to the payroll system.

Client Admin

WorkforceHub also provides powerful tools for your clients. In the Admin tab on the top navigation, clients can manage overtime policies, meals/breaks policies, pay periods, and time card rules. Empowering clients to manage time and labor policies can significantly reduce support requests.
