While workforce management has never been simple, the pandemic has made it infinitely more complicated. Small businesses are desperately seeking flexible HR solutions that help them manage hybrid teams, comply with multiple layers of regulations, and support their employees. To address the evolving small business environment, we have added some brand-new sessions–Cyber Security, for example–and updated our established content to reflect the current world of work as well as new product features.
