Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator role involves managing all logistical aspects of the REACH Commercial accelerator program, including scheduling sessions and events, coordinating with founders, mentors, and partners across time zones, supporting curriculum and content management, facilitating live session execution, handling onboarding processes, and maintaining data tracking and CRM systems to ensure smooth program operation and strong participant engagement.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of the REACH Commercial accelerator program.
This role is focused on program logistics, coordination, scheduling, and data management—ensuring that all sessions, events, and communications run smoothly for each cohort. You will work closely with internal team members, founders, mentors, and industry partners to keep the program on track and well-organized.
Duties and Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Scheduling
- Maintain and manage the master program calendar across the full cohort lifecycle
- Schedule weekly sessions, workshops, mentor meetings, and internal check-ins
- Coordinate calendars across founders, mentors, and partners (often across time zones)
- Send invites, reminders, and updates to ensure strong attendance and participation
Events & Session Logistics
- Coordinate logistics for all program sessions, including:
- Virtual workshops and speaker sessions
- In-person events and offsites
- Demo Day preparation and execution
- Prepare agendas, materials, and run-of-show documents
- Ensure speakers, mentors, and participants are prepared and informed
- Support live session execution (Zoom, presentations, timing, troubleshooting)
Curriculum & Content Support
- Help organize and manage program curriculum and session materials
- Maintain a centralized repository of resources for founders (e.g., Notion, Drive)
- Coordinate updates to session content and materials with internal team members
- Ensure founders have timely access to all relevant resources and recordings
Founder, Mentor & Partner Coordination
- Serve as a coordination point for scheduling between:
- Startups and mentors
- Startups and industry partners
- Track meeting schedules and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Assist with onboarding logistics for founders and mentors
Data Tracking & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot)
- Track:
- Session attendance
- Meetings and interactions
- Program participation metrics
- Assist with basic reporting and data hygiene
- Help ensure all program data is up-to-date and well-organized
Communications & Administrative Support
- Draft and send program communications (emails, weekly updates, reminders)
- Support internal coordination across the accelerator team
- Assist with documentation, note-taking, and task tracking
- Help ensure a consistent and professional experience for all participants
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, events, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with calendars, spreadsheets, and coordination tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to startups, venture capital, or commercial real estate
- Experience supporting events or managing logistics
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or HubSpot

- Program sessions and events run smoothly and on schedule
- Calendars, materials, and communications are accurate and well-managed
- Founders, mentors, and partners have a seamless logistical experience
- Program data is clean, organized, and up to date
- The internal team can rely on strong operational support
Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 depending on office location
NAR provides comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance.
NAR is on a hybrid schedule and in the office 3 days a week.
