Summit 2024 Keynote Deep Dive
At Swipeclock Summit 2024, keynote speaker Ryan Estis emphasized that modern entrepreneurs must disrupt themselves to innovate by focusing on personalized client engagement, elevating perceived value through education and experience, and collaboratively creating a compelling vision of success to drive growth and outperform competitors.
Although Swipeclock Summit 2024 wrapped about a month ago, you can still get motivated from our keynote address, given by Ryan Estis. Ryan is a hyper-growth entrepreneur, author, and sales and leadership expert at the forefront of human-centered growth. He shared valuable insights with business owners focused on growth and success.
We’ve put together a deep dive of the presentation, complete with key takeaways for you to implement right away. And don’t forget – Summit registrants can watch the keynote recording through November 12. Introducing the Topic
Ryan got us started with information about major brands he has supported in the past, including Tiffany & Company. Seven out of 10 CEOs today say their current growth strategy is out of date. Successful entrepreneurs today need to have a foot in the future. Disrupt yourself first in order to innovate.
He outlined his three keys to success and growth:
- Personalization and Customization
- Elevate the Perception of Value
- Create a Vision of Success
He shared the critical importance of personalization and customization. When focusing on the client, consider what they want and need. Then, think about how you can personalize your pitch to cater to those needs.
Another key topic of the keynote address focused on elevating the perceived value of what you offer to your clients. Education is essential in demonstrating that value. Become part of the “experience economy” — be helpful! Customers don’t buy on price – they buy on experience and quality. Value creators dramatically outperform relationship builders. Focus on the customer value and push them outside of their comfort zone.
Additionally, engage the customer to see a new future. Offering a vision of success that involves working together helps to achieve that effort. Take control of your sphere of influence—your clients are paying attention to how you show up and how you respond.
Overcoming Obstacles
Ryan led into the next portion of the keynote address with a question: What is the biggest barrier to delivering your budgeted sales forecast this year?
He then encouraged the creation of a growth action plan. Consider what you can implement over the next week, month, and several months. And don’t forget to track your process! Think about what will indicate that you are succeeding with your individual objectives.
Prioritizing top goals is a must in this effort, as no one can do 50 different things at once and do them well.
Focus On Wellbeing
Although business owners and leaders often have a lot on their plates, it’s vital to focus on caring for individual needs. Budget and plan for time away from organizational needs. Allocate resources and time to working on yourself. You can’t pour from an empty cup – take care of yourself and don’t just work WITHIN your business but work ON your business.
With these actionable tips, head down the path of growth and success! And keep an eye out for Swipeclock Summit 2025, happening next fall.
