Our Secret Sauce at Work
Around the world, people spend a lot of energy and time on their jobs. Work can be a tremendous source of identity and inspiration, but it can equally be a source of tension and frustration.
With human resources as the core of what we do, it’s important for employees to know that the time and effort they give is valued. That starts with our own team.
Perks
We’re about effortless, fluid functionality. The way we’ve designed our solutions reflects the way employees manage their lives outside of work. Our systems allow employees to concentrate on their jobs, not HR transactions or figuring out how to navigate a feature.
Employee experience is a popular topic, but words on a wall (or website) are just words when they aren’t derived from a genuine foundation. Swipeclock employees are our culture and it’s real.
HAWBI
With our health and well-being investment program, you’ll receive an annual stipend to spend on anything you want, as long as it’s for YOU. Our employees have used their HAWBI for a new mountain bike, family vacation, or a TV upgrade!
Health Care
We offer a comprehensive health and dental care package for all of our employees and their families.
401K
Plan for the future with access to our competitive, company matched 401k plan.

Work Life Balance
We have a generous time off policy so you can take the time you need to rest, recharge, and spend time with the important people in your life.
Career Growth
Your career growth is important and we want to make sure you feel like you’re growing with Swipeclock. We have annual events, keynote speakers, and supportive coworkers to help you progress in your career.
Gym Reimbursement
Gym memberships, fitness studios, recreational sports and more are eligible for reimbursement. It’s just as important to us as it is to you to stay healthy!
Hybrid Work Environment
We have in-office employees at our Salt Lake City headquarters and remote employees throughout the country. For those based in the Salt Lake City area, we have a hybrid working model based on your team’s preferences.
HAWBI: Employee Health and Well-Being Investment
What’s HAWBI? It's just one of many things that sets Swipeclock apart as a place to work. We invest in what our employees LOVE! Our employees choose to spend an annual stipend on anything they want – as long as it’s for their well-being. Our employees have used their HAWBI for a new mountain bike, family vacation, a drone, and chef supplies.

Give Back
Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run is a non-profit organization that supports girls in 3rd through 8th grade. Their research-based programs teach valuable life skills, support the connection between physical and emotional health, and strengthen health. Our team members volunteer at the race, where participants demonstrate their newly developed skills in the company of their friends and coaches. We also host a drive for contributions to the organization, which helps participants get running shoes and other vital supplies.
Utah Food Drive
At Swipeclock, we care about supporting our communities. One of our efforts involved giving back to the Utah Food Bank, an organization that has been feeding Utah families since 1904. In 2022, they distributed 60.2 million pounds of food to people facing hunger across the state. Our team members took part in a food drive, bringing in goods to donate, as well as in-person opportunities to volunteer at the food bank, sorting donations in preparation for distribution.
Creating an Inclusive Environment
Swipeclock has teamed up with Project Rainbow in working to promote LGBTQ+ visibility throughout Utah and foster inclusivity in every corner of the state. Fostering an inclusive environment for all is something Swipeclock does not take lightly, so supporting programs like Project Rainbow is in our DNA.
Advancement through Music
Participating in and donating to a local music program in Nicaragua was a highlight in many of our employees' time with Swipeclock. Music programs like these are aimed at engaging at-risk youth throughout Latin America. They tend to have an impact on academic results, lend to better work opportunities, and more civic engagement. This academy provides instruments as well as quality instruction in diverse genres, instruments, and traditions.
