SwipeClock Launches TimeSimplicity for Advanced Scheduling
SwipeClock has launched a fully integrated version of TimeSimplicity alongside enhancements to TimeWorksPlus, enabling its 700 channel partners to offer over 23,000 clients a comprehensive workforce management solution that combines advanced scheduling, time and attendance, and leave management to reduce overtime, lower compliance risks, improve efficiency, and optimize employee scheduling and job costing.
May 5, 2015—Salt Lake City—SwipeClock announced the launch of its fully-integrated version of TimeSimplicity, an advanced scheduling solution. Alongside this, significant enhancements to TimeWorksPlus, the company's time and attendance offering, were also released. These updates enable SwipeClock’s 700 channel partners to provide over 23,000 clients with a comprehensive workforce management solution that includes time and attendance, scheduling, and leave management.
Coleman Barney, CEO of SwipeClock, stated that the integration of TimeWorksPlus and TimeSimplicity allows partners to expand their service offerings with a truly integrated workforce management solution. He emphasized that business owners benefit from a comprehensive solution that reduces overtime liability, lowers compliance risk, and improves workforce efficiency.
Steve Scheu, Founder and CEO of Time & Pay of Tennessee, commented that SwipeClock’s integrated solutions help them stand out in the payroll provider space. With TimeWorksPlus, they have built a loyal customer base, and with TimeSimplicity, they can now better address clients’ advanced scheduling needs, helping manage employee costs and compliance risks. One client has already implemented the combined solution and is very satisfied with the results.
Employers can now seamlessly add organization codes and employee assignments, use “time off” management from existing systems to prevent scheduling employees on their days off, and push schedules back to time and attendance systems to account for absenteeism, tardiness, early outs, and point systems.
TimeWorksPlus Enhanced for Advanced Scheduling Capabilities
By integrating TimeSimplicity’s advanced scheduling with TimeWorksPlus, employers can more easily manage overtime, reduce compliance risk, and improve job costing. The integration also helps eliminate overstaffing, reduce overtime pay, find coverage gaps, and automatically identify the best-fit employees to fill open shifts. TimeWorksPlus customers benefit from single sign-on and no longer need to enter employee information multiple times.
Additional TimeWorksPlus enhancements include:
- Intelligent attendance management: New attendance controls and alerts help employers comply with changing labor regulations. Features combine time card and scheduling data to determine if employees started on time, who showed up for shifts, who was tardy, and break lengths. Employers can set thresholds that trigger alerts to ensure compliance.
- Enhanced leave management: Approved time off requests from TimeWorksPlus are now synced with TimeSimplicity and viewable in the scheduling window. This ensures employees with approved time off are not scheduled.
- Greater product control: SwipeClock partners can now track and manage which customers are using TimeSimplicity through TimeWorksPlus. Partners can manage product usage by enabling or disabling functionality from the client list.
The new versions of TimeSimplicity and TimeWorksPlus are now available for SwipeClock partners. Partners may contact SwipeClock for pricing information.
