Thomson Reuters' Accounting CS Payroll integrates with Swipeclock’s WorkforceHub and TimeWorksPlus to synchronize employee data—including personal details, contact information, job and payroll specifics, and W-4 forms—allowing seamless management of time and attendance, HR portals, and payroll processes within the CS Professional Suite.

Accounting CS Payroll integrates with Swipeclock’s WorkforceHub, offering employees integrated Time & Attendance capabilities and an Employee HR portal. Swipeclock integrations are available through both Accounting CS and the myPay service.

How does Swipeclock integrate with Accounting CS?

Users of Accounting CS can configure either TimeWorksPlus (for time and attendance only) or WorkforceHub, which adds an HR portal for employees. This portal provides access to pay stubs, notifications, employee engagement tools, an organization directory, and more.

TimeWorksPlus and WorkforceHub are configured separately through the Accounting CS integration manager.

What data syncs between Accounting CS and Swipeclock?

The employee information saved in Accounting CS is sent to TimeWorksPlus automatically.

  • Employee ID → Employee Code
  • First, Middle, Last name fields → First, Middle, Last name
  • Home phone → Phone
  • Email → Email
  • Hire date → Start date
  • Inactive date → Separation date
  • Primary department → Department
  • Primary location → Location
  • Job title → Title

When an employee is added in WorkforceHub, the following employee information transfers to Accounting CS:

  • Employee ID
  • First name
  • Middle name
  • Last name
  • Mobile phone number
  • Email address
  • Home address
  • Social Security number
  • Locations
  • Departments
  • Pay rates
  • State W-4 information (The employee’s address must be validated for their state W-4 information to import.)
  • Federal W-4 information (The employee’s address must be validated for their federal W-4 information to import.)
  • Direct deposit setup information

When an employee is added in Accounting CS via the Setup > Employees screen, the following employee information transfers to WorkforceHub:

  • Employee ID
  • First name
  • Last name

  • Birth date
  • Employee status (active or inactive)
  • Locations
  • Departments
